What is your cancellation policy?

How does pre-order work?
Pre-orders require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment. This timeframe allows us to ensure each order meets our quality standards. Once an order has been placed and submitted, it is final and cannot be canceled or modified.
Will I recieve tracking number?
Yes, tracking number details will be sent once your order has shipped.
What if i never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address enter for an order. If the item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are fault of the shipping carrier.
